Log into your OZO account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the keyboard in its original retail packaging, including all keycap pullers, cables, and documentation, to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

Ship to OZO

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technical team verifies the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
